Delete your Skinclar account

Delete it yourself in the app

Open Skinclar and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and the data listed below are removed straight away. You will be signed out automatically.

No longer have the app?

Write to us from the email address of your account and we will delete it for you. We answer within 30 days, usually within a few days. We may ask you to confirm from that address, so that nobody can have someone else's account deleted.

What gets deleted

Deleted immediately	Kept, and for how long
Your account and login Your skin profile and concerns Your routine, inventories and saved routines Your progress photos Your posts, comments, reviews and messages Your routine scores and their history	Payment records, as long as the law requires. They contain no skin data. Server logs, for a short period, then overwritten. Backups, until the regular rotation replaces them.

Photos are never shown to anyone else and are not used for training. Deleting your account removes them from our storage.

If you have a subscription

Cancel it before you delete the account, otherwise it keeps running through the store that charged you. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or on Google Play are managed there, not by us.
